Terms of Sales

Reservations will only be considered firm upon receipt of a deposit worth 30% of the amount of your stay.
In addition, for our Yellow Eagle gîte , the balance will be due 2 weeks at the latest before the start of your stay and a deposit of €350 will be required when handing over the keys and inventory .

Cleaning of the Yellow Eagle gîte is the responsibility of the customer or generates a supplement of €120.

Tourist tax (over 18 years old) 0.88 per day and per person for the rooms and €1.65 per day and per person for the gîte.

For everyone's comfort, the rooms and the entire house are non-smoking.

In order to respect the rest of our guests and the serenity of the estate, only children from 15 years old are welcome.

Domestic animals are not admitted.
