Terms of Sales

Reservations will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay.
For our Yellow Eagle cottage , the balance is due no later than two weeks before the start of your stay, and a security deposit of €350 will be required upon key handover and check-in .

Cleaning of the Yellow Eagle cottage is the responsibility of the guest or will incur an additional charge of €120.

Tourist tax (for guests over 18 years of age) is €0.88 per person per day for rooms and €1.65 per person per day for the cottage.

For everyone's comfort, the rooms and the entire house are non-smoking.

In order to respect the rest of our guests and the serenity of the estate, only children aged 15 and over are welcome.

Pets are not allowed.
