You will dine around a large table facing an open kitchen , where you can watch your dishes being prepared from start to finish . The table, made from reclaimed wood sourced from old postal carriages, can seat up to 14 guests.
The dining room itself blends tradition and modernity . Its terracotta tile floor and beamed ceiling, characteristic of the Manoir de l'Isle , perfectly complement its cuisine, which features fine materials and is both modern and refined.
The wines offered come from all regions of France , and the wine list will evolve as we make new discoveries and find new favorites.
