Terms and conditions of sale

Reservations will only be considered firm on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay.
In addition, for our Yellow Eagle gîte, the balance is payable 2 weeks at the latest before the start of your stay, and a deposit of 350€ will be required when the keys are handed over and the premises are inspected.

Cleaning of the Yellow Eagle gîte is at the customer's expense or will incur a supplement of 120€.

Tourist tax (+ 18 years) 0.60 € per day and per person for the rooms and 1.10 € per day and per person for the gîte.

For everyone's comfort, the rooms and the whole house are non-smoking .

To respect our guests' rest and the serenity of the estate, only children aged 15 and over are welcome.
